COVID-19 Aware and Procedures

We understand that customers may feel apprehensive about visiting car showrooms during these difficult times. Here at P W Millar, we have substantially altered our showroom set up to allow a significant distance between our five salespersons desks. We now have large spaces between desks resulting in better social distancing measures for our customers & staff. We have a marked out area around each desk clearly showing the boundaries. We also have in place clear plastic desk guards that will help protect both staff & customers. We have a PPE station that includes gloves, alcohol gel & face masks for our customers that is located as soon as you enter the showroom.

All our staff have completed a COVID19 `What you Need to Know` online training session and we have completed an in-depth risk assessment. We have also marked the showroom floor to remind customers and staff to adhere to the 2 meter social distance rules.

During your purchase we will endeavour to arrange appointments only as to limit and manage the number of people visiting the dealership at any one time. we aim to have only 4 customers at any one time in our showroom. We also politely request that wherever possible children are not brought into the showroom unless absolutely essential.

We understand that more & more customers would like their purchase to be completed as much as possible online. We are set up for this and this will limit your time at the dealership to a minimum.

Service & Parts Department

For our customers who are booked into our workshop, we have a dedicated external drop off and collection station where we will only allow one person at this station at any one time. We will receive your vehicle key only (please remove any other keys from your fob). We will then cover your car seat, steering wheel & gear selector with our plastic protectors. During the work on your vehicle our technicians will be wearing gloves and face masks whilst also adhering to social distancing regulations. When the work on your vehicle is completed we will wipe down the interior areas with alcoholic antibacterial solution. The handover of the keys and paperwork will again be completed at our external collection station where payment can be made by credit/debit card only (no cash payments at this time).
