Great service

Recently bought a Transit Custom, found it to be competitively priced. The van had not been in for long so needed a PDI and Valet before handover. I was kept updated by Keith at all times

Fab service, bought a 2nd hand Kuga, everything explained in detail, fast efficient service from Derek. Easy going, friendly and knowledgeable. Car was fully serviced, new mot and valeted too. What more could you want. Great price payed for the car too.

This Ford dealership is very professional and highly recommended for those looking for peace of mind and / or not experienced in purchasing cars. Car did come stripped down but even after buying things like wheel nut, keys and mats, it was still cheaper even than the car flipper across the road. The only thing is that it's a bit old school in the sense they don't take cards (you have to plan bank transfers), delivery is too expensive etc. - you will need to go to Cardiff to get the car. Overall highly recommended.

The process was pretty seamless, from the online description being accurate through to the collection. The price was very fair. There were a couple of hold ups that could not be helped (e.g. chipped windscreen), but they were dealt with upfront so that when I collected the vehicle it was as good as can be. Very happy

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The team were very helpful, especially Ryan we allowed us the time to look at the car in peace and helped through every step of the process. Collecting the car was hassle free (despite us dropping in a day early, just in case). I have recommended others look there and will be doing so again when the time comes for a new car.
